§2 Conclusion of contract
The offer of the products and the performance in the shopping basket already constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract
The acceptance of the contract involves the purchase of goods (items) from this online boutique and will be bound by the acceptance of these terms and conditions and the placing of an order.
The contract language can either be in German or in English.
§3 The Non-performance
If an error occurs due to mistyping or miscalculation, twelfthofmarch reserves the right to reject the offer.

We offer the possibility to pay with Paypal, Credit Card or Klarna.
The sum to be paid is made up of the purchase price and the respective delivery charges. Depending on the choice of payment method provider, their respective conditions apply.
§6 Defect Deliveries
Here we distinguish between packaging damages and damages on the product itself. If there a visible damages when the package arrives these must be reported immediately to the employee of the shipping company handing over the parcel.
If you recognize damages in the product itself, you have to inform us within 7 days. In the event of a defect, we are happy to replace with an intact product of the same type (if available). If the item is no longer available, we are willing to exchange it for an equivalent item after consultation. We reserve the right to pay the shipping costs and decide in each individual case.
§7 Links and third Parties
It is possible that we have link to a third party in our online boutique due to products we source from different labels. If you follow such a link to another website or landing page, we are not responsible for their terms, conditions, data policies or services. We are not responsible for any contracts or agreements you made with a third party, because we are not affiliate.
§8 Personal Data
Information and protection of your personal data is deposited in the privacy policy. This includes all information on the collection of personal data that are necessary for placing an order as well as the current deletion request. Every customer has the right to request the data to be inserted and deleted at any time.
§9 Resolution of Dispute
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution but we want to inform you, that we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in such a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
