Shipping + Returns


Shipping 

We're shipping all our orders from Hamburg using DHL and packing our products as minimal as possible to offer the best tariffs. We also use eco-friendly packaging and plastic free materials. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit or any delays outside of our control but all our parcels are insured.

Shipping within Germany is 5.99€ and we use DHL standard shipping.

For other EU countries the shipping costs are 15.99€

Shipping worldwide is 49.99€ and we use DHL Classic Air Service or a similar service that is fully tracked.

Our processing time depends on the individual products and campaigns. Please notify that processing time does not include shipping. The delivery time corresponds to the respective country information of DHL. We are a small business, so please respect that our processing time can be up to 2 weeks if items are not in stock or made to order/personalized items. We ship all orders with a tracking number which is emailed to you once the label is created.

International shipping is available at the expense of the buyer at varied rates and all international orders take 12+ days transportation. 

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties

Sales & Promotions

In order to secure the quality and prices of our products, we want to avoid price wars and various sales promotions as much as possible. However, if we offer reduced goods, these are excluded from exchange and returns. Please contact us if you have any concerns about fit and sizing.  

Return Policy & Exchanges

From the day of delivery you have 14 days to return items that are neither worn nor damaged. Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return. Any return shipment must be sent back to us insured (other types such as shipping via cash on delivery are not permitted). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping address may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. Returns can be arranged but also avoided by simply contacting us with any questions regarding size, material, fit, etc. We are always happy to help!

Sale items are excluded from this regulation.

How to return an item

1. Please send us an email (info@twelfthofmarch.de) containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items that the return relates to.

2. Make sure that all items you would like to return are undamaged, unworn, unwashed and folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging for the returns. 

3. Please notice that the return should be shipped within 7 days of the date of the notification. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. Any return shipment must be sent back to us insured (other types such as shipping via cash on delivery are not permitted).

4. Once we have received your parcel and checked that the products are intact, we will refund the payment made within the next 3 working days.

Please do not forget that we are a small company and the environmental impact that comes with it!

We would like to point out again that shipping goods generates greenhouse gases. As this is not climate friendly we would like to encourage you to choose items consciously and carefully and appeal to you to keep the philosophy of slow fashion and timelessness in mind. This will not only avoid unnecessary returns and overproduction but also support the slow fashion movement and fair productions.
